For requesting term-time holidays, please use the Leave of Absence Form - This form can be completed and returned to school via email (admin.stgregorys@schools.sefton.gov.uk). Please be reminded that holidays during term time disrupt learning significantly, and becuase of this will only be authorised in exceptional circumstances.
