Pupil leadership in our Catholic primary school empowers children by giving them responsibilities and a voice in school life. It helps develop confidence, teamwork, and decision-making skills through roles such as school councillors, eco-leaders, curriculum ambassadors, playground mentors or house captains. Encouraging leadership fosters a sense of responsibility, promotes active participation, and nurtures key life skills for future success. Such experiences and opportunities enable our children to make a tangible difference to our school community and ensure they are prepared to do the same in life beyond St. Gregory's.
