    Our Speech and Language Therapist – Paula Chapman

    At St. Gregory’s, we are committed to supporting every child’s communication and language development. Our Speech and Language Therapist, Paula Chapman, plays a key role in helping children develop the skills they need to express themselves with confidence and engage fully in learning.

    What Does the Speech and Language Therapist Do?

    Paula Chapman provides expert support in areas including

    • Speech and Language Development – Helping children with pronunciation, vocabulary, and sentence structure.
    • Communication Skills – Supporting children in understanding and using language effectively in school and social settings.
    • Individual and Group Sessions – Offering targeted interventions for children who need extra help with their speech and language skills, and bringing children together for group support at times.
    • Collaboration with Staff and Parents – Providing strategies to teachers and families to continue language development at home and in the classroom.
    • Early Identification and Intervention – Assessing and supporting children who may need additional help as early as possible.

    Paula’s work ensures that children build strong communication skills, boosting their confidence, social interactions, and overall learning experience.
